How quickly can you come out?+
Same-day for most callouts within our area; urgent leaks & gas concerns are prioritised. For planned work like installs or renos we'll book a fixed window once we've quoted.
Do you handle the government rebates?+
Yes — for hot water, heating & cooling we walk you through the rebates you qualify for, supply the documentation and discount it from your invoice where possible. No paperwork wrangling on your end.
What hot water options do you install?+
Gas (storage & continuous flow), heat pump, electric and solar. We'll size to your household, your usage pattern and your roof situation, then quote a like-for-like swap against the most efficient upgrade.
Are you licensed & insured?+
Yes — Licence no. 51463, ABN 12 690 677 591. Public liability and workmanship cover on every job. Compliance certificates are issued for gas, sanitary and roofing work as a matter of course.
Do you do emergencies after hours?+
For our existing customers — absolutely. New customers, please call first and we'll triage. If we can't get to you safely, we'll point you to a tradie we trust.
What about carbon monoxide testing?+
Gas safety audits and CO leak detection on all gas appliances are part of our standard service. Strongly recommended on any older gas heater you haven't had touched in 2+ years.

270L heat pump replacing an end-of-life electric storage unit. Rebate applied at install.

Ducted reverse-cycle install
Whole-home ducted system, 8 zones, controlled via app. Existing ductwork reused where possible.
Renovation
Full bathroom fit-out
Rough-in to commissioning. New stack, hot & cold supply, freestanding tub, niche shower.

Gas safety audit & CO test
Annual audit on a wall-mounted gas heater. Tuned combustion, sealed flue, certificate issued.
Roofing
Guttering & downpipe replacement
Full rear-elevation guttering swap. Added a leaf guard and re-pitched the downpipes to a soakwell.
New Build
New build rough-in
Slab-stage plumbing & gas rough-in for a 3-bed double-storey. Coordinated with builder & sparkie.
